OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

IF THE TYRE WALLS ARE PUNCTURED THEY MUST NOT BE REPAIRED USING THIS METHOD.

  1. The Wheel should be Removed from the Vehicle following the Manufacturer’s Recommended Procedure. Inspect the Tyre & Remove the Object that has caused the Puncture, use Sponge & Soapy Water to help identify the Position.

  2. A Reamer Tool has been Included to Clean & Prepare the Punctured Hole. Use a Generous Amount of Radial Cord Lubricant provided & apply it to the Reamer Tool. Insert the Reamer Tool into the Punctured Hole, Move it Up & Down in a Twisting Motion to Make the Hole Bigger.

  3. Peel out a Single Radial Cord, Insert it into the Needle End of the Insertion Tool. Always Use a Whole Radial Cord. To make sure your Repair works, Place the Radial Cord Halfway through the Eye & get into Position to Insert. Push Down firmly on the Insertion Tool, Making sure you Leave a Portion of the Radial Cord Exposed.

  4. Withdraw the Insertion Tool with a Single Motion. The Tip of the Insertion Tool has been designed to separate and release the Radial Cord as it is withdrawn.

  5. Trim off the Excess Radial Cord with the Knife Provided. Inflate the Tyre to the Recommended Pressure. Check the repaired Tyre using Soapy Water to ensure the Hole has been sealed prior to remounting the Wheel.
